Join us for this free interactive virtual training with opportunities to participate as a Volunteer Dialogue Facilitator for a Film Dialogue event in October and for Youth Led Dialogue event in November 2021.
Dialogue Facilitator Training: Community facilitators help diverse populations talk about challenging local issues. Training covers theory, skill, practice. The 4-hour online training includes facilitation theory, skill & practice.
Grads facilitate at Center events. Purpose To address challenging community issues, Tucsonans need to talk to each other despite their differences. Community facilitators empower that conversation. Last year, 706 people had meaningful Circle conversations thanks to community
Volunteer Dialogue Facilitators. Students receive feedback from skilled coaches. Graduates are eligible to sign up to be Center facilitators.
