JOIN OUR TEAM
As a merged agency, Our Family has been formed of many once-independent parts — OUR TOWN and Family Counseling Agency in 2005, Information & Referral Services in 2008, and New Beginnings for Women & Children in July 2012.
Our continuum of care helps youth and families experiencing homelessness into safe, stable housing and on to independent lives through street outreach, shelter and support, and case management.
Thank you for your interest in joining Our Family! We have a vibrant and diverse workforce of staff, interns, and volunteers dedicated to making our community stronger. Employees of Our Family experience our values of professionalism, flexibility, transparent communication, teamwork, respect and ethics. Our employees are offered much support to be successful and thrive in their roles. It is a priority for us to help our staff balance their professional and personal lives. A comprehensive benefits package available to full-time employees (30+ hours a week) includes affordable medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, a matching retirement plan, 13 paid holidays, and a generous amount of paid time off. If you have a passion for making a difference in our community, and you meet the minimum qualifications described in the job descriptions of our open positions, we’d love for you to apply.
All applications we receive will be reviewed in a timely manner. You will receive an initial notification that we received your application materials. Due to the volume of applications we receive, you will only be contacted again if you are selected by the hiring supervisor for an interview. Please respect that we cannot take general phone calls about your application or where we are in the hiring process.
Our Family Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We especially encourage applications from veterans, individuals with disabilities, and alumni from national service programs such as Peace Corps and AmeriCorps, people of color, people of diverse gender identities, women, and people with lived experiences of homelessness.
