Beth Morrison, MSChief Executive Officer
Beth Morrison, Our Family Services CEO, is an award-winning leader, advocate and team builder with over 20 years of human services leadership experience. Beth’s principles of leadership include integrity, inclusiveness and having bold aspirations. She believes that every person has value and deserves respect and that transparency, fairness and innovation are vital when serving our community. She received a Master of Science degree from the University of Arizona and a B.A. from Central Michigan University. Outside of work Beth enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, writing, and hiking in our beautiful desert and mountains.
Joan Hubele, MBAChief Financial Officer
Joan Hubele has an undergraduate degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship as well as a Masters of Business Administration from the U of A. Joan has worked in the finance and accounting field for 16 years in a variety of sectors and organizations, both for profit and non-profit including IBM, Johns Manville, University Physicians Healthcare and Community Partners Inc. Joan is a native of Tucson and committed to the improvement and sustainability of her community.
Laurie Mazerbo, LCSWChief Program Officer
Laurie Mazerbo is the Chief Program Officer at Our Family Services. Laurie has 20 years of working in Social Services, 16 of those at Our Family. Laurie holds a Master’s in Social Work from Arizona State University, a B.A. from the University of Arizona and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. She sits on the Board for the Arizona Housing Coalition.
Emily Brott, MBAChief Development Officer
Emily Brott has 15 years of experience in non-profit fundraising, programs, and management. Emily holds an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management, has a Master’s in Environmental Sciences from Lund University (Sweden), and a BA from Harvard University. In Tucson, Emily serves on the boards of Planned Giving Roundtable of Southern Arizona and Sky Island Alliance. She is on the regional board of Carpe Diem West. Emily is a past recipient of Arizona Daily Star’s prestigious “40 under 40” award. In her free time, she enjoys sewing, reading, and writing songs for guitar and piano.
