Counseling: We offer general fee-for-service mental health counseling for individuals, couples or families. Counseling may be only a few sessions for a specific issue, or long-term for a variety of behavioral health problems including addictions, self-esteem building, survival of trauma and abuse, or other various behavior disorders.
Call for fees and an appointment. Clients who can provide proof at intake of household income below the federal poverty level may qualify for free counseling.
Other therapeutic services: Through contracts with local government entities, Our Family also provides therapeutic services to families dealing with complex issues including substance abuse, trauma and family violence. Clients are usually referred by other agencies such as Child Protective Services, Title XIX, or Pima County Juvenile Court.
