Counseling

Our counseling programs teach people new skills to be better people. From marriage counseling to family counseling to one-on-one sessions with children, teens or adults, counseling can help with a variety of issues from relationships to parenting to depression. We also offer therapy groups on anger management and domestic violence.

Counseling is $60 per hour. Clients who can provide proof at intake of household income below the federal poverty level may qualify for free services. Call for an appointment.

Other therapeutic services: Through contracts with local government entities, Our Family also provides therapeutic services to families dealing with complex issues including substance abuse, trauma and family violence. Clients are usually referred by other agencies such as Child Protective Services, Title XIX, or Pima County Juvenile Court.
