1979: Agency incorporated. Crisis Intervention and services to runaway youth and families.
1981: Services expanded to include 24-hour crisis hotline.
1982: Neighborhood and community mediation services.
1984: Child Abuse Prevention Program begins in the schools.
1985: Domestic Violence Mediation; Adolescent Suicide Prevention; Child Victims of Sexual Assault; counseling/crisis intervention for child abuse.
1986: School Peer Mediation Project implemented.
1987: Basic Center funding for runaway and homeless youth; Parents Anonymous (two years before funding for them to operate independently was obtained); Self Steam Program; Latchkey Program.
1989: Street Outreach Program; Divorce Mediation; Project Safe Place; Substance Abuse for High Risk Youth; Enrichment for Parents.
1990: Transitional Living Program; Family Preservation Program; Date Rape/Relationship Violence Program; Headstart support Program.
1991: Brief Shelter; Teen Pregnancy Prevention Project; School Based Support Programs.
1992: Adolescent Girls Outreach Program; Teen Theater; Live Cable Talk Show; Missing Children’s Program.
1993: Curfew Violation Program; Services to Hearing-Impaired; Gang Intervention Specialized Program.
1994: Littletown/Vistas Gang Intervention Programs; Title XIX intake.
1995: Street Outreach Drug Abuse Prevention Program; OJJDP Las Vistas and Pueblo Gardens Comprehensive Gang Program; Center for Abuse Prevention.
1996: Girls Gang Grant; Date Rape Prevention Program; Domestic Violence Prevention Program; Tax Tobacco Prevention Programs; Victims of Crime Counseling.
1997: Urban alliance – Drug and Alcohol Program for Homeless Youth.
1998: Family Builders Program; Federal Street Outreach Grant; Family Planning Grant for Homeless Youth; Victims of Crime Counseling for Gang Victims.
